Privacy policy
Last updated September 15, 2026
Home Manager (myhomemgr.com) is operated by Home Manager. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control. If you have a question, write to contactorlandomiller@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, we receive these from your Google account and nothing else.
- Household records you add: properties, assets, people, vendors, tasks, calendar events, documents, house manual content, and secure notes such as gate codes.
- Consultation requests: the details you submit on our request form.
- Usage and device data needed to run and secure the service, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To provide the service: showing your household its own records, sending confirmation and invitation emails, and letting your assigned manager work in your workspace.
- To respond to consultation requests and administer your membership.
- To keep the service secure, including an audit trail of who changed what and who viewed secure notes.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use your household data for advertising.
Who can see your data
Only members of your household, with the roles you assign, and Home Manager staff assigned to your membership. Staff access to a workspace is recorded in that household's activity log. Google sign-in data is used only to create and identify your account.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase in the United States and served by Vercel. It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row level security in the database enforces household boundaries.
Your choices
- Export or delete your household data at any time by contacting us.
- Remove Google sign-in from your account by revoking access in your Google account settings.
- Members can be removed, and their access revoked, by a household admin at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell members by email before it takes effect.
